Come and meet us at the AIFST 50th Anniversary Convention - The Future of Food, 17-18 July 2017, Sydney.

The University of Melbourne are proud to partner with the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology to present at the AIFST 50th Anniversary Convention, the premier food industry event in Australia. Bringing together the largest grouping of Australia’s food industry in one location, the brand new International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour, Sydney will play host to a dynamic, engaging and future focused Convention Program from 17 - 18 July 2017.

A number of our team will be attending the event and presenting at both the AIFST conference and FoodPro (in collaboration with FIAL) including;

Prof Danny Samson – Rethinking export supply chains

Dr Sigfredo Fuentes – New sensory methods for understating foreign consumer markets

Dr Paul Gurr – Packaging for export guaranteeing food safety

The University of Melbourne will also have a lounge area within the convention space showcasing the latest developments from our team including our latest research on Asian consumer insights, sensory / biometric applications, anti- counterfeiting and much more.
